I accidentally "swapped" my original 2 Star plants so now I have none to plant, how can I get even 1 to start planting?

I couldn't get this to work. Tried the way the video showed and nothing comes in when I paste. Tried using snip it and the file was too big to load.
This challenge I guess is too techy for old me.

I have gold trees, but I am not sure what Pyria and Lulya are. Is it safe to say, I need 2 gold to get a pyria and 2 pyria to get a lulya, ect?
