Clan Event Improvement

Dear players,
for fairness reasons the rules for the registration to the clan-event have been modified a bit. After the start there is now a maximum of 4 additional players to prevent stronger unbalances between 2 clans playing together.
Additionally only those players are being counted, that at least once set an animal on one of their islands. The minimum requirement is still 4 players though, because at least 4 players have to take part in the event.
