gardener stucked

If I talk about my problem here, it's to know if other players have the same ..

In my rock garden, the gardener is visible every day for about two months, the concern is that the Saturday and Wednesday of each week, if I click on it, it does nothing.. it does not open the window of prerequisites. ..
So I'm stuck, I can not upgrade it anymore.
It has been more than a month since I reported it to the support, so they are aware but can not do anything about it.

I'm very sorry that it takes this long.
I'll contact the developers again to see if they can focus on this case maybe.

Please be patient, I'm sure they will eventually find something.

Problem solved

Finally patience is the best of my partners.
And we all know that this game requires a lot of patience
