now it's Morning in Germany and the game is down

no mail from support
why is the US-game like a second class game ?
In the geman game DE1/DE2 the support is much faster and if the game is not working, there is a much faster response

I still cannot login. Is anyone able to play on this US server or it's down for everyone? I've seen the German server works fine, those players have no problems.
