Where is this dress? I only see the one for water lillies.

I'm very sorry to say that but this was a false information. This new dress that you should be able to buy with friendship bracelets does not exist.
The announcement was taken from another event where such a dress existed but it was not the case for this birthday.

I'm very sorry to disappoint you. We will check the announcements better in the future so such mistakes can not happen again.
