our clan has two songs that should be unlocked. one has been for a while and it shows there are 126/125 points and it has not unlocked. the other i just unlocked today 175/175 and it is not showing that it was complete. could you please look into that for us?

normally it's up to your clan leader to do it .....

Aramina is correct. Completed songs will stay with a full meter until one of the clan chiefs activates the bonus for the clan. Just ask the clan chief to start the bonus. Their ancestor grove song looks like this. It just requires clicking.
