404 Not Found Error

I cannot get in, anyone else having this issue?

I get to the login page and then when I put my info in I get this error? I tried other browsers and rebooted, though I know it is a server error, figured I would try.

Total bummer as I needed to get back to finish me tree healing.

I think a good suggestion for the forum would be to put a link to support on here as well as we can get on here but not the game.

At least I am in good company Nita! not funny, but trying to be chipper about it!



Edit: I did find an old email from support and sent a message, hopefully it gets to someone.

Today I am getting the 404 not found error. I did not see a response to this from the other day. I am missing my game. Does anyone have an answer or the same problem?

I have the same problem. I tried changing the password but it did not work either

Same here. I am trying to find out what is happening.

same here, 404 etc. Luckily my tree healing is not for a few days, but I wanted to plant and finish potions, BUMMER

Agreed Lapin, bummer, I think my tree just slid over to the second chance and I lost tree a tree point.

I got the generic "we got your support message and assigned you a ticket number" email back from support, but have not heard anything further yet.

Yes. I know my tree is supposed to be getting sick soon as well. I am not sure just when. I hope it holds off for a bit.
