unable to fully log into game

Can some one help me. I am unable to fully log into the game. The background scene comes up but none of the activity icons are present for me to do anything. Thank you.

carla, Have you tried clearing your cache, rebooting you computer and deleting your bookmark going to the page separately?

If so and still not fixed, email support and open a ticket.

I don't know how to clear the cache, but did restart my computer and I log in through facebook. I would log in elsewhere but not sure there is another way.

I am also having the same problem-- I played earlier today and have not been able to play this afternoon.

Still no access to the game. I will be ironic if the game doesn't come up in time to actually use the +1 bonus tomorrow.

I also have the same problem since yesterday, and yet my cache was emptied, my browser and my laptop have been restarted, but still the same...

ah and I specify that I come by facebook (I tried with Chrome and Firefox)
