Can't load the game on fb

When I try to load the game, I get a new account welcome screen. If I try to use the available fields, it tells me there is already an account of that name. I can't submit a ticket because the support button is only available once you log into the game.

have you tried to clear the cache and refresh your page?

yes, i now get a clear view of the lovely background art. LOL Then after a bit I get the 404 error code.

Not just Facebook...

A server just crashed - gardens were going blank for a bit apparently then got booted completely

Just sent message to support...hope someone over there is working late on a Saturday!

Also sent private message to our 3 moderators hoping they can get in touch with someone as well!
