After harvesting a tree, I want to move the tree but it does not give me that option. That option is available before I harvest the fruit.

the only way to move a tree:
1: always harvest the tree first
2: than click the tree, and in the bottom you see the button "cancel"
3: cancel the tree to remove it from the garden and it ends up in the inventory
4: from there you can plant the tree at another space or in another garden.

don't click on "harvest" but on "move to inventory"

When you click "Move to Inventory" you will also receive the harvest due from the tree you are moving.
