Clan Healing Help Not Helping?

So today when I logged in, my tree became sick. One of my clan members was right on it, and announced that they helped heal my tree. When I went to look at my tree, this is what I found:

Shouldn't my clan member's help have been reflected in my tree's HP?

Yes I think it should have Cikala. Can you please put in a Support ticket along with this screen shot?

I was about to do as you requested, but I don't see anywhere to include a screen shot in a support request. There's just a text box with no place for attachments.

hmmmmmmmmmmm!!!! Trying to remember how I did it. I will look for an answer but if not Akitana will know or another will know. If not make sure Admin knows to check out the screen shot you have posted here. In the mean time put in a ticket and let them know that you put a screenshot up in the Forum. Thanks Cikala
