Hello Cikala,
I can certainly understand how all the players are feeling. Most players have a routine with playing the game and regular outages like this do not make it easy. I am sure that the Technicians are looking for a permament fix and I hope they find it soon. Support is only meant to be Monday to Friday so I am very happy when someone fixes up the problem on a weekend. The problem is that this bug seems to be mainly a weekend issue. Again, I am very sorry.

Yes I really do understand and I apologize. I am keeping count of the hours that the game is down.

Well, I'm sorry to say that I am in the same boat as the last 4 weekends with the game - and that's no access to gardens, market, Friends etc.

This really is frustrating. I can't imagine new players putting up with this for very long before looking for another game to play.

I hate to be a jerk and recommend a weekend shift for this issue until the weekend outages are resolved. However, I know a lot of people spend actual money on this game. To have these outages is unfortunate...but also not helping us retain new players in our clans (which let's be real...is already a struggle). Weekends are the only time some people have to catch up.

Once again, third weekend in a row I cannot get into my gardens, shop, friends gardens etc etc .....This is becoming hugely FRUSTRATING !!! What is going on ???? Like someone said in a previous comment this game is becoming more frustrating than fun these days !!
