I am getting annoyed. It is possible to have a technical problem that goes off at a certain time. At least it isn't the weekend so Admin etc are around during their work hours. It is 2.55am where they live.

I don't usually report a problem with the game since there are a lot of players that do. But. My tree is infested and I get it done within the 1st 24 hours. I can't get to my tree and that hurts the Clan too.

Do you have some sort of workaround for me here? It's bedtime for me in a few hours.... that's the end of my 24 hour window too

If the game isn't restored and you miss out on healing your tree please put in a Support ticket as someone in Administration may be able to help.

Here it is the 3rd time I have been in MAGOIA and it still is not working, It is now 12:19 in the morning.
I think we need a lot more than Moon mice for compensation.
Will this game ever be fixed properly??

The Technicians are working on it at this very moment. I am very sorry for this inconvenience.

Now the fourth time in a month this game doesn't work !! and now it's even worse !! Do the game techs know what they are doing because it doesn't seem like it ??

I am sure they know what they are doing but I think this is just a very bad issue with the servers. I am not at all technical so I have no idea.
