That doesn't work for me and this old laptop. But F11 does.

Tried, this morning, to log into the game. I play through FaceBook.
There are signs that it will load, for a short while the tree appears, but after a few seconds the screen turns white and so it remains!
I hope to fix it soon, I was preparing to unlock a new plant ...

I haven't had any other similar reports Sylvannaro but i will keep my eyes and ears open. Have you done the usual - refresh, clear cache, try a different browser?

I wanted to let everyone know that the Technicians are working on why many players cannot go to full screen. I am sorry as I know some players have been waiting for awhile but unfortunately there is no news so far.

I logged in this morning and it worked fine. I just tried logging in around 7 pm Eastern time and the game keeps saying "Hi Carla what would you like your name to be." Or something close to that. It is trying to start me with a whole new game. . I log in through FaceBook. I tried several times. I hope you can help as I cannot log in to access any part of the game, that is why I came to the forum.

I am unable to login to the game from any browser. When I click the login button it does not even try to 'load' my username and password. If I refresh the browser window - it just reloads the page. I am still unable to login.

I had replied on another post further down in this section, but they are doing server maintenance. They stated it would be intermittent and maybe we would be unable to play at all. It was to start at 22:00 CET, which for me was about 5 hrs and 45 minutes ago. Unfortunately I cannot remember what time it was supposed to go through, though they will be doing the same thing tomorrow as well. The message about it was only sent in game and nothing posted here.

Maybe one of the moderators could check to see what the time frame is for us so we can plan when to check back.
