I have been trying to get into the game for the past 3 hours and have not been able to get in. Please advise when it will be back up and running.

Game isn't working.
Can we have an estimate of the time when the maintenance is over and we should come back and try again to login? Thank you

Update: It seems it is solved, I can login and work

Maintenance running again today, 22:00 CET to 9:00 CET. I checked the message sent on 1/31/19 when I could log in this morning.

We probably will not be able to get in again during that time.

Okay, checked with a couple others, is not just me.

Game lag has been awful all day, now my gardens are blank, friends gardens are blank, cannot get to chat, but can tend to dragons.

I did do all the typical checks, rebooted, cleared pages, cache, went to a fresh page and tried different browsers, all with no improvement.

I know it is technically still the weekend, but hoping someone was coming in early.

Going to submit a ticket to support as well.

Lag is terrible but the rest of my game is working.

Well Thank you Mazzy! Not sure what you did, but now I can see everything in the gardens again and can finally swap my plants. The lag and loading between pages and gardens is still pretty bad, but at least I can do stuff now.

Just like a car I used to have, it would have problems and every time took it into the dealer it would stop doing it and behave perfectly! Guess all I had to do was finally complain! LOL

We call that Murphy's Law, Tylady. It happens to me all the time.
