Keep trying! I just got in. I think I will let my game idle and stay in since connecting is so difficult.

Yes I had a problem for about 5 minutes and now all seems to be back to normal.

a day or 2 ago i had made a post that states: the last 3 days i've had problems in the fact that at approx. 8 pm. (give or take an hour or 2) central time in the u.s. i have not been able to open my gardens and then the last day i was able to open the gardens but they were empty and the hours i spent growing my plants was wasted as there was nothing to harvest.

Today i found an email in my inbox from my moderator that said she was sorry for the issues i was having, they would look into the issue but i should be checking the forum for known issues. Well here i am with another night of SUDDENLY " EMPTY " gardens and then checking the forum's problem link as i was told to do. I may be stupid but i see no mention of this problem....... I don't appreciate being called a "whiner" when there isn't any indication (that i can see) about this issue. I'm not technically savvy so maybe I'm ranting for no reason. What I want to find out is if I should just "give up" on the game or will anyone be addressing the fact that there may be an issue going on.......

I hope that no-one is calling you a whiner. Players have every right to complain when there is an issue.

hello. i am having a problem accessing the game. i play on edge browser, only browser i can play it on. this is what happened just a few moments ago.






this has happened before a couple of months ago but i was able to finally get in after refreshing several times. it is not doing that this time.

I am getting this same screen too..... I do remember a message being sent about maintenance work being done over a couple of days Tues - Thurs ...... maybe this is the reason ???

I cannot even get to that screen. They are doing server maintenance and have taken the servers offline to do so. It was supposed to start at 22:00 CET, which for me was 3 hours ago. Though for the life of me I cannot remember how long it was supposed to last and I think they only sent the message in game, which does me no good now! LOL!

I believe they will be doing this again tomorrow at the same time.

Oh thank goodness I am not alone. I left one message elsewhere on the forum but will add my name here as well. I am getting the same screen. Have been trying since I got home from work.

Just looked at the post and think they it my friend list.
Thanks Tylady. I do remember something about that, but miss my Magoia fix.
