I just posted in another spot. But just noticed this thread. I never received an in game mail stating that the server would be down tonight. I was hoping to play long growers tonight when I came back on. Oh well, I guess i will have to do it in the morning unless someone can advise when the server will be back up tonight.

I can't get in either.

I cannot login to the game. I have tried several times, no sign of any change in that login page.
Can we have an estimate of the time when the maintenance is over and we should come back and try again? Thank you

Maintenance running again today, 22:00 CET to 9:00 CET. I checked the message sent on 1/31/19 when I could log in this morning.

We probably will not be able to get in again during that time.

They are NOT doing maintenance, they are doing spring cleaning

Hello everyone. I am very sorry that everyone is experiencing issues with the game. We do have maintenance work going on. During the maintenance work, some game content and even the whole game may be unavailable.

In the following periods the maintenance mode will be activated:

1. Maintenance:
From Tuesday, 05 February 2019 from 22:00 CET to Wednesday, 06 February 2019 at 09:00 CET.

2. Maintenance:
From Wednesday 06 February 2019 22:00 CET to Thursday 07 February 2019 09:00 CET.

It can be frustrating but it is necessary for the game. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Thank you Tinker Bells, for the full information. We do understand the need for maintenance and I know I would rather these planned days down rather than everything crashing down unexpectedly!

A suggestion for the devs though that they post the maintenance details in the forum as well as send the email in game. The email in game was either not noticed or read by many or forgotten. So when the forum is the only thing we can get into, a reminder here would be very helpful. Or I believe TeaRose suggested in World Chat that maybe a info banner on the log in page stating "undergoing maintenance" would be very helpful as well.

I will definitely discuss this with the other mods and post a message when we know the game is going to be down. Thank you very much for the welcome back as well. I am doing well and recovering.
