cannot log in

trying to log into the game. a red banner comes on and says No Api Response

this happened a couple times. eventually i was able to log in but this problem should be noted. thankyou

Sorry for the late answer. Are you still having issues or is the game working again? How long did you have to endure that?

i have not been able to log in to the game since around 7 this evening so i cant complete visiting neighbors or anything else, this is very frustrating please try to get it fixed thank you

now i can log in but i cant get global chat turned off so its taking space and i cant see everything or do everything

Hi mistybleu,

we had Server Maintenance, that's why the game stopped working.
It should all work fine again now.

another log in problem.... this is the message i get in a red box

cannot log in again but a different problem. i was actually in the game and it stopped working, so i logged out and tried to log back in and it redirected me to a page with this on it...

While I have not gotten booted completely yet, there has been some serious lag in the game lately that is much worse today.
There is a substantial delay going between any other screen and I am losing plants that I just planted, they appear to be there, but are not registered. I have to reload the page and then they go away and I have to replant.
Also visiting friends gardens is challenging with the lag and delay with it glitching when you are trying to click on plants, it is saying I used all my clovers but the if you check the numbers remaining on the plants I only used 2.

Thank you for whatever you can do, I understand we are in challenging times right now.
