Hello,
End of November i got a quest to produce a gold bar. The problem is, i do not have a Pond or anything to produce a gold bar. And i do not have one. I wrote to the support, but for days now, no answer. What shall i do?

i just had to swap the flowerthing against a new item that drops gold, now i could solve the quest. It's just no fun, as the Quest was stuck for about 6 days.

i was just asked for a high level fountain but they asked for my source days ago. i was lucky enough to have had one in my chest to use it, but the game is asking for items we cannot give them. hopefully this issue will be resolved. it is not just one player. i am submitting a ticket as well.

Another request for an item I do not have a source for.

Yet another request for a non source. That is the third one in a week. All of my sources are in the upper right hand corner. I do not have the violin to create what it wants.

thanks for your message. Unfortunately, the quest is not active anymore.
In order for our developers to fix the problem, please leave the next broken quest open so we can take a closer look at the issue and find a solution quicker.
