Quest Notifications for Friends

Hello,

Over the Quest section, when a friend would achieve a status change, like earning a gold star, it used to pop up a message to tell you. It is no longer doing this. Instead where the text bubble used to show up periodically shows a small white dot outlined with black.

Is this something that was intentionally removed? I checked the settings, but there is nothing to recheck that would apply.

there was a little error in the feature but now it should work perfectly fine again.

Are you now getting the pup up message?

Yes, the problem still persists. We are not getting notification of achievements. Sorry for the delay, I was trying to see if I saw any notifications and I have not. A friend achieved the next star so I could finally check and all that comes up still is the white dot with the black outline.
