Yesterday I joined the Stars World using my username and email from Lotus World. I played for a while and then had to log out. Now I can't get back in. I have been through support but have been told I'm not registered. I tried to register again but both my name and email are already registered. I used the Star World link at the top of the game page I didn't go through any other provider. I don't know what else I can do.

The link at the top of the Lotus world game now takes me to a new game page that shows Star World World 3 if I joined on World 1 or World 2 how would I get back there and would that possibly be the problem?
