It has become increasingly difficult to login to the game from facebook. It takes several tries and gives a variety of errors until you succeed. These are the various possibilities when I try, 1. A 404 error
2. a blank screen after flashing the background art
3. just a blank screen
4. the brand new account start up screen which if I try to use tells me my name is already in use.

I am using the same bookmarked address. It occurs also with using facebook gameroom. Why is the login so unstable?

because I noticed that I have more problem with Chrome than with Firefox

I have tried multiple browsers, chrome, edge, opera, and pale moon (customed version of firefox)

It also happens with facebooks gameroom app which is not a browser.

Sorry for not being able to answer you sooner.
I myself noticed the same problems by connecting me via facebook.
While there are no problems connecting directly to:
https://us.magoia.com/
There must be an incompatibility between the two sites.
I go up the info to the designers hoping to get an answer quickly.

I'm still waiting for the technical team to answer the compatibility issues via facebook.

I did not set my game to German. It defaulted to that on loading up. As a facebook user, I should not be getting any sign on screen in any language. The game should be loading directly.
Toggling to English instead loaded the game rather than give me the sign on screen in English. FB is doing some major work with their API and migrating some games to other servers. I suggest who ever handles the API platform work with facebook take a look at current work logs.

do this errors still occur for you? Or does anyone else have simmilar problems?

The loading of the game has been mostly stable except for server errors requiring reload or waiting until another time, such as 502 bad gateway messages. I'm getting more frequent loss of plants due to the game not saving before I leave the game. Both plants and dragon progress loss is common for me and some other players.

I had this problem several times. sometimes helps if you log from another game or if you wait a little bit. It is login problem. But English. It happens sometimes.
