Friends gift not received

So it said if my friend arrives at level 10 I get certain gifts but it seems I have not received it? any idea..

Hi Shelindo,

In order to receive the bonus, your friend needed to sign into the game using the LINK you sent them - not just coming to the game and signing in. Did you send your friend a link request and then did they use that to join the game? The prize package is automatically launched from the link dynamics when your friend uses the link.

Ok you mean the players recruit link in the box?
So I have to send them this link and tell them to use it to sign in?

Your friend would have had to click on the link before registering for the game for the first time. If they are already playing, it is too late for you to send them the link and get gifts from it.

Yes, Shelindo, that is correct. You must copy that link and send it to your friend(s) and then when they click on it and register a new account (they cannot already be playing, as Cikala mentioned) THEN when they hit level 10 you will automatically receive the bonus.
