can you please tell me how to send out a message to multiple people at the same time? if i won't be around for vacation or some other reason i would like to be able to send one letter to friends instead of individual ones. thankyou

Go to you friend's bar and look for the last face on the right. She has an envelope below her that you can click on. A screen will appear for you to send a group letter. It will include your friends and clan members.
