Hello!
One of the members of the clan I am leader for, asking me what 20% quest reward is. I have just activate this reward for filling one of the branch of an ancestor tree up. I Think I just can give her a guessing answer or ask you for a better answer. I guess it has to do with the beginners quest and how much reward they get when finnish a quest. Am I right?

Thats for the villagers that bring daily xp / Energie and cristalls. During the bonus you get 20% more xp / Energie / cristalls
english is not my first language and my last lesson was a really long time ago. So please excuse my grammar or spelling errors.

Do I get 20% more for all actions, or just the quests?
