Gardner does not appear this Saturday?

i know that the gardener shows up every Wednesday and Saturday but today did not appeared. does anybody have any idea why?
i got my aqua garden from lvl 3 to lvl 4 last Wednesday and today no Gardner appeared.

i am very sorry, but for some players the gardener is not working correctly.
The technicians are already informed, but i don't know, if the problem will be solved today or if you have to wait until wednesday.

no, i only have one account. my niece plays too this game but she does not have a forum account because she is underage. i just tried to login again after i made the first post to see if anybody answered and it was saying that an issue had been made on my name and was being banned. i tried again after a few min and i could connect just fine... is wired.

hi, today is Wednesday, still no Gardner in aqua garden. i have upgrade it last Wednesday. i haven't got a Gardner since then.

i checked it first thing in the morning and informed the tech-team. I'm so sorry that it still doesn't work for you and some other players. We are working on the problem and i will inform you, as soon as i get a feedback from the tech-team.

The gardeners of my gardens do not show up either. But just those gardens that I recently leveled up.
About the access to the forum, I had also the message that I had be banned, once or twice. Waited a while and then I was´nt banned anymore. The first time it happened I was telling the support and got answer that I was´nt banned. Try to renew the webside, or turn off the pc.
