I received an email this morning informing me that I had not visited my gardens in a few days, except, I'm on here every day! I suppose this is not a question, more of a heads up that your email system may not be functioning correctly.

Hello everybody!
The same thing happened to me right now. In my e-mailbox I recieved a letter from Magoia telling me I havent been here....
But I Think I was here about an hour ago.
Well, when it happens to others, I Think there is nothing to worry about. Just want to tell you.

i also received an email and i was playing the game. it is ok if a player hasn't logged in for a few day but it is silly and a bit annoying to get an email when you are playing

As an update, I have continued to receive a couple emails like this so far, and then today I get an email saying I still have not reappeared, and offering me a gift to return.

Did you get the gift? What was it?

I received the email today as well. This is the third email and I am hesitant to click the button as I am concerned it may be phishing of some sort.
As I have been in the game everyday and the email is being sent from magoia.de, not magoia.com where all of our support emails come from.

The link in the email doesn't have any special coding to allow the receipt of a gift, it just directs to the main game page, so no, I didn't get a gift. :p

You don't have to worry about it being a phishing email Tylady, the links in the email are legit and don't go to some weird place.

That's very brave of you Cikala....I don't trust anybody! LOL

Bummer no gift! Major false advertising!
