New Tree Icon above Clan Totem??

Some direction please! I now have a Tree Icon above the Clan Totem, what is this for, or do, What is the procedure I should/could follow, am I suppose to activate it in some way, what does it represent??
When I click on this tree icon there is not a text box that appears anywhere, only an 'X" to close it out

I am very sorry this seems to be a bug. Normally there should be a info box.

I have informed our coders, they will look at it.
