New Tribe Member Quest?

How do you get a new tribe member to visit your garden? Is a tribe member one the characters that gives you quests? Do you have to be a certain level for this? (It's the second quest of the first page of the cute little animal.)

the tribe members come once a day and visit your island.

If you have helped them, you'll have to wait for one day.

There is a quest (on the right side of the island page--bottom bear/unicorn creature), second one down on its first page of quests, that says, "Get 1 new tribe member to visit your island." I hope that is specific enough for you. I have not been able to figure out how to complete this quest. I am at level 12, and I complete all 6 tribe member quests each day.

Helli Ivy,

if the quest says to get one new tribe member you will have to get a new one with water lillies.

Therefore you'll have to finish to normal ones first. If they are all gone, a sign will appear and you can get new clan members.
