Hello jiaacie90,
do you mean the monsters in your garden which bring you pearhorn when you defeat them?
The monsters come back after 8 days when you defeated them.

Page 4 of the last tutorial quest (bear looking animal) says Complete the Monster quest in the Event Site.

You can accomplish this quest by taking part in the full moon event.
