Hello!
One of my clan members did´nt get the extra yield for healing the worldtree. And I am trying to solve this question, because I am the leader of the clan (Magoias (Mages)).

On the list of gamers who try to heal the tree, you can see how much treepoints they got and if they where failing. On this list, to my surprise, she is not.
I have not, yet, got all information from her right now, and therefor I am not sure what to do next. Hoping that somebody here will have some information.

Now I have found her on the list, and me too. 3/3 she got Three healingpoints. 20/2 I got four healingpoints, and I got the extra yield now…..

Now a second member told me she`s not got the extra yield as well!

Are these new players that happen to be under level 12? As I believe they only earn it if they are over level 12.

No they are on level 15 and level 63. Thank you for answer anyway.

Hello Stormoga, Could you please ask the clan members that are not receiving the extra yield bonus to send in a support ticket? I am more then happy to look into this for you and your clan members. I will watch for the tickets and look into this right away. Thanks.
