I have started editing so it makes more sense to me. When finished with same, I will make note here if this hasn't been moved. When I'm finished, any Moderator or above has my permission to then move it to the Rules forum and make additional changes as they see fit.
I have now finished a rough grammar correction. This may now be moved, if desired, but I highly recommend someone fluent in both languages read through to verify the intent of this post remains the same as the intent of the German post.
I publicly verify that I am not a Staff member on this forum. My only intent is to create an English readable version of the Forum Rules for myself and anyone else interested. I waive any possible rights to this content and verify Staffs right to move, edit, and/or simply delete this entire post.

Forum Rules
By registering and registering on this forum you recognize the following Forum Rules as our house rules and therefore our virtual property. Society without rules rarely works well; especially in the World Wide Web, rules are inevitable. Generally you should use common sense. Use businesslike and friendly discussion with others, do not spread illegal things, etc., and you will have nothing to fear. These rules apply regardless of the Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Magoia that have to be observed. If a rule are in conflict with the Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions always have priority.
The Forum is primarily a game support.
Registration and data collection
The installation and operation of multiple accounts in the forum is not allowed. Each user may register a maximum of 1x in the forum. "Multi-accounts" are immediately blocked / deleted. Returnable / disposable / trash email addresses will not be accepted because they are abused especially in applications. Therefore, such accounts will be deleted.
The forum software uses cookies and stores IP addresses. This data is used for security assurance. No disclosure to third parties is expressly not permitted, unless legal regulations require this of us. If you do not agree with the storage of such information, should not log on. Each member is entitled to demand by written notice to TROLL GAMES information on the existence and extent of his stored data and may at any time request the correction or deletion of same.

The forum is primarily intended to help users to quickly access important information about Magoia. Accordingly postings should always deal with each topic and be relevant. The "Sand" from Magoia issues and basically trolling are punishable. There is an "Off Topic" forum available to talk about everything else under the sun.
Netiquette
All users have to be treated respectfully and appropriately, without exception. The paternalism, disparagement and defamation of other users will not be tolerated!
Please report any and all Violations to the team and NEVER legitimize your own misconduct.
Formal requirements
Prohibited: shortest posts, Multi postings, Crosspostings, Spamming, Smiley Floodings, improper formatting (fonts, colors, etc.). Pay attention, please check your spelling, the upper / lower case and reader-friendly content to get the flow of reading correct. Official language of this forum is English. Other language texts may be removed without comment.

Forum signatures should allow the user to contribute a personal touch. They must not interfere with the flow of reading, however. To make this possible, the following rules apply to users who do not belong to the team:

A picture. Maximum data: 150px (height), 600px (width) and 100 KB (file size).
A picture. Maximum data: 100x600, 100KB. In addition, a line of text in size 10th
Up to five lines of text with a maximum font 12 screen.
Prohibited: begging / arrester / Bonus links, and advertising.

No discussion on the Forum Rules
The Forum Rules are the Rules of the Board operator. Discussions on this are superfluous. In case of doubt, inconsistencies, or rule proposals you should address privately to an admin. In principle the house is always right. The rules also apply to the PM and email contact area.
Authority of the team members and opposition
Our moderators and GMs are also users that have been added to the team. They have received from the Admin wider powers. Their instructions are as binding as an admin. Should differences with a Mod or GM arise, you are free to contact the manager about community. If you have difficulties with the Community Manager, please turn to the admin. Team decisions are NOT discussed in the forum. The required path is an email or a forum message to the appropriate parent body.
Reputation / financial damage
There is a big difference between a normal post or a normal question and a deliberately defamatory statement, an insinuation or a provocation. The latter are expressly prohibited. Contributions, which give the impression of having been written only to harm the operators are also prohibited. These include in particular references to browser games of other operators.
data protection
It is prohibited to publish real information such as names, photos, PMs, emails, email addresses, phone numbers of other people in the forums. For your own protection you should not give out this information to other users, beyond what is specified in your profile, any private data. This rule is firstly because of the privacy laws, on the other hand it serves your security.
Copyright protection
Should you publish here in the forum something that violates the basics of copyright, then are solely and your responsible alone for prosecutions. You have agreed explicitly not to illegally use any third-party content (text, images, etc) to modify, distort or be provided with a different title, author, etc.. Once we are made aware of any copyright infringement by third parties, we will remove the offending post immediately. We will do this because of the existing case law on the liability of the Board operator.
Sanctioning, blocking or deletion for violations
For violations of law, ethics, netiquette, Forum Rules, team instructions as well as trolling, flaming, and spam, the team will make use of the forum tools and lock or delete the specific User and / or its contributions where appropriate. In addition to a (temporary) Board Lock also part of Block User rights (Avatar image, signature, write) to the (temporary) suspension of gaming accounts -at particularly complete Banning- are possible.
Immediate complete lock will occur when a user masquerades as a team member.

A conscious circumvention of prohibitions will be punished. Among other things, there are some words that are undesirable in the forums (about a famous dictator). Who such terms by a different spelling (eg insert a point) but installs, commits an offense.
A blocking or deletion of users and contributions is entirely at the discretion of the administrator. There is no entitlement to a share in this forum or on the receipt of contributions. It follows that no warning, detection, or obligation to state reasons for the Board holders exists.
