I have a problem with a forgotten password. I always stay logged into Magoia so I never use the password. Now I have a problem. I am going for surgery on the 29th of this month. I had asked someone to tend my garden while I am recuperating. When I went to set the time up, I need my password. I sent a help ticket in on Sunday and I thought I would have a response on Monday and this would not be a problem, but it is now Tuesday evening and no one has gotten back to me. I need to fix this or my avatar will go idle. Can someone please help me?

I've replied to your support ticket too.
The Magoia Team does not know your password, so it's a little difficult there.

Please try using the "forgot password?"-Function on the main page of Magoia.
You should be able to create a new password with it.
