Shamrocks

currently you can only purchase Shamrocks while visiting an individual friend, and those shamrocks must be used for only that friend. I would like to see the Shamrocks available to the buyer instead of the friend, and would give the buyer the ability of using their shamrocks on more than just one specific friend at a time. I would also like to be able to keep the unused purchased Shamrocks instead of seeing them disappear as they currently do. I don't think items purchased with Water Lillies($) should ever just disappear. I think Magoia might realize more Water Lily purchases if they just tweak a few things.
