Apparently you have to click on all three links - the FAQ, the Forum, and the Ideas links, in order to complete the quest. The tutorial arrow only points at one, and the instructions say to make a post if you have any ideas. Either creating three arrows or putting something in the instructions that specifies clicking on the links should clear that up.
