Add forum reference to chat window?

For the past couple of days I feel like I've been the only one in the forum. It may be that many of those who play the game don't realize that the forum even exists! They are so focused on playing the game that they don't even notice the links at the bottom of the game screen. That's called tunnel vision.

How hard would it be to put a small text link "Forum" on the Chat Window?

there is a link to the forum in the game.
You just have to look down a bit.
