starter: "What you got" soup, anything in the fridge that needs using soon goes into a pot and gets cooked with usually chicken broth. Never know from time to time how it will taste. Although I have not had many that were not tasty!
main: Goat or Cabrito chops simmered in a yogurt sauce, served with grilled mixed veggies and a smattering of mashed potatoes.
dessert: This is one that I serve only occasionally, Rhubarb in a custard pie, If I do it right there will be a layer of lightly caramelized sugar at the bottom of the crust.
A nap is usually required afterward or a long walk.
