Some people have boosts at the brewery, so the times / answers will not be the same for everyone.

To make 20 Light Potion 8, you will need 4200 Bright Hat, 3800 Yellow Lampion 2, 4400 Light Glintthorn 2 and 4800 Light Puff. It will take 7 and 12 hours to brew them all.
To make 43 Water Powder 2, you will need 1075 Air Bindweed, 1376 Dew Glintthorn, 774 Pond Lotus and 43 Dragon Lotus. It will take 5 days and 9 hours to grind them all.
You already have all your Air Herb 5.
To make 15 Fire Potion 5, you will need 1350 Fire Grail, 1665 Ruby Star, 900 Mist Cap, and 30 Dragon Lotus. It will take 3 days and 18 hours to brew them all.
