The right side has:

1. an extra bead in the bandanna
2. an extra leaf in the tree
3. the monkey has a tuft of hair
4. the guy has a tooth
5. an extra pipe in his pan flute
6. a stripe on his pant leg
7. the dragon has both ears
8. and an extra tooth
9. there's a group of leaves on the root
10 a third small flower in front of the tree at the bottom
11. a small mountain in the background behind the trees.

a total of 11 differences

I counted like 3 or maybe 4 times...and each found more or less -.- differences, soooo let's stay at number 11!!

Possibly 12 if the lower portion of the lava flow that is missing is not due to the leaves on the branch.

right ear of the dragon is missing

the top over the trees to the left of the dragon
bottom left corner missing the green leaves on the root shoot
swirl on the green plant below in front of the tree
