My birthday party would be an all day affair. A nice brunch to start. Games both indoor and outdoor. And a clam bake to end the day, including Lobster and clam cakes. Mostly it would be about just having fun with those I love.
One dinner with my family and close friends in a restaurant by the sea would be just fine. Some music, some dancing, good entertainment... This way I won't have to prepare anything before and do the dishes in the end of it 
. I do a lot when it's Christmas or Easter, at least on my birthday I need to feel a little bit spoiled

If I would have a party of my Dream.....
It will be in the nature. In the forest, by the rivers, Mountains and vallyes. There will be a liberating and free dance with drums and flutes and other natural musical instrument. Maybe there will witches (wiccas) in nice dresses and magicians too. The party needs food: good tasting food cooked on fire. Fruits of all kind and meat .

I really don't like a big fuss for my birthdays. Mine would be a small gathering with people I love. Maybe even a sleepover with my 4 Sisters.

I would love a regency theme party, held in a old fashioned ball room with all the outfits from that time, with the dances of that time also, I am a huge Jane Austin fan my favorite book/movie of hers is Pride and Prejudice
