Last year I went as Jesse from Breaking Bad in that yellow hazmat suit they 'cooked' in when they were going from house to house disguised as a pest control crew. Had a face mask and everything. Went around giving out blue pop rocks as Walter White's blue meth.

Truthfully my favorite costume these days is nothing...just being me. Though when I was little I loved my gypsy costume my mom made me with all the bracelets, bangles, necklaces and the sparkly scarf and skirt so much that I wore it for many years until I outgrew it. Luckily I was small so I got to wear it for several years.

When my kids were little, I made the costumes myself. My then 8 year old daughter was dressed as a witch, pointy hat, cape, warts and beaky nose and a magic wand. My 6 year old son was dressed as a frog with green make-up. They made a nice candy haul. Naturally, my husband had to check the goodies for problems, and interestingly enough, all the Reeses chocolates had problems with wrapping and therefore had to be eaten by my dearest. Aaaahhh, the suffering, lol
