Send a friends circular mail.
Find your friends bar.
Go to the far right.
Click on the envelope.
Write your letter to them.
Press send.

Click the envelope to the far right of your friends bar.
Write a note.
Send.

Find the envelope on the friends bar, to the right of them.
Click on the envelope.
Change your subject line to suit your message.
Write your message.
Press send.

Just to the right of the list of friends, click on the envelope, write the message and click on the green button "send" below the text.

Go to bottom of page, far right side of the friend list/bar thingy; click the envelope that is on the shoulder of the green-haired, steampunk little dude, this will bring up a pop up mail box where you can type your message, change the subject line if you want; once done, click the green send button. Viola! You have sent a message to all of your friends.

to send a message to everyone on my friends list I
go to the bottom of the page and at the end of my list of friends there is a little envelope next to the elf and the green plus sign. click on the envelope and a screen will pop up it will say that the message will go to all people on the friends list. I can write a message and send it out.

Go to the bottom right corner of the screen and click on the mail icon on the add friends icon, to send a friend-circular-mail.

at the right side of the friends bar, underneath the search for friends icon is a small open envelope,
click this and you can send a circular message to friends.

Click on the 'letter' shown at the far right of your 'Friend' bar. Type up your letter and click on send.

Down in the far right corner next to the face...click the envelope and the message window opens.
