Click the Envelope icon on the Add Friends icon on the lower right of the game screen...
Fill in the message...
Click the "Send" button

On the far right side of your friends list, click the envelope on the add friends icon.

At the bottom of the screen, at the far right end of the friends lists , click the envelope, type your message, and click send.(where you would normally see new friend requests)

At the bottom of the screen where the photo of your friends are, go to the right hand side of the friends list, click on the little envelope at the bottom of the NPC, it will start a Friend-circular mail to everyone in your friends list.

to send message to all friends on your friends list, ie a Friends-circular mail to all friends at one go:
go to bottom of screen where all avatars are, scroll to right most and click on the envelope of the
messenger/manager just below the blue button. write in your email and send.

to send to only one person/friend go to bottom select the Avatar. Click on the envelope write your message and send.

Click the envelope in the bottom right corner where friends are managed.

at the top click on the envelope fill in the name and write the message and send

In the lower right-hand corner, click the small envelope icon that is just to the left of the scroll & quill. Type your message and press send.
