Differences in the picture.

1. The Elf in the middle has a difference in the beard.

2. The rope by the middle elf's left ( his right) arm is not connected to the tree.

3.The elf on the left side is missing his right (his left) arm.

4. The elf on the left is missing the top part of his hat.

5. Part of the rainbow (pink part) is going over (on top) of the middle elf's right (his left) hand.

That's all I could find.

well if we go with what we seen then i count 9 but if we go with the right picture is chopped off then its 8

I was only able to see half of the second panel. The third guy isn't in the second panel. I saw 5 errors on the left side though.
