Usually friends and family at home, with good food and drink, music and games are the best.
But having a fancy dress theme to the party is always a laugh as well

My ideal party would be small, informal and based around some activity. A beach walk, gathering something in the forest, etc. A nice dinner after being outside (likely for a long time) and some warm drinks, everyone would be welcome to stay the night safe and warm. An odd party, yes, but it sounds good to me.

I love a BBQ and I would love my family and close friends to be there. A nice red wine and a night of memories and fun.

In recent years my family has shrunk significantly. My family is everything to me. If I had my choice, I would have a weekend with my family. Family picnics, some wine and beer, maybe some clams. Lots of relaxation and laughs.

Themed parties are a blast. Maybe a steampunk murder mystery party. That would be my ideal party. Lots of cake.

Hmmm...you would think there is an easy answer. I'm not one to dress up or get into themes for parties tho.

But I since I had enjoyed Hawaii so much - lets go for it. I would have all of my family and friends flown to the Big Island to have a Luau and then a nice lovely evening ride on a boat. With everyone
