Bagzoo
I would cook it like an iced maple ham, with slices of pineapple and
some nice potatoes cooked in the juice and to serve with the taffy on the snow: D

Since I am so starving, I will cook Rita G with a simple way.
Roasted her medium rare. also roast some vegetables and potatoes, then after cooking done, cut some of meat and serve on the big plate with vegetables & potatoes and pour them with BBQ sauce.
For desert, some ice cream would be great :D

That hunger for human flesh would make me a zombie, and I wouldn't consider cooking her at all, all zombies know well that raw meat is the best :D . If I am going to be a sophisticated psychopath zombie, I would spend some time to serve Mel sliced as sashimi. The only garnish to this meal would be my slurping, growling noises

143 ALWAYS:
WHAT A DISH!!! scallops wrapped in bacon would make a delicious appetizer....
marinated in a honey and cinnamon glaze for about 10 hours, 143 upper body and thighs would be slow cooked at 275. i would turn her over when the front was browned up a nice golden color. her backside needs that golden color too.so the skin is nice and crispy .. no tanning lotion needed. all around her would be some apples to give a pleasant fruity flavor along with the honey and cinnamon. eyeballs are most tender.... but they have that jelly inside that perhaps may not appeal to the average diner, so the next most tender cut would be either the shoulder or thigh. ribs are the most fun tho.
i think 143 would go very well with perhaps a nice sweet red wine.
while she is cooking up good, i will prepare the side dishes. perhaps something light? some honey glazed elbows and ears perhaps? boiled to a softness, but still with some thickness so they are not mush, then soaked in honey, cinnamon, and melted butter.
143, with her juiciness, would also taste pretty good with a side dish of thinly sliced potatoes, topped with onions, garlic, melted butter, cheddar cheese, and bacon..which will then be baked as well.
oh lets talk dessert!!! peel the skins off fingers and toes and soak them in bourbon over night. when they are properly marinated and infused with the alcohol, roll them in nutmeg and cinnamon and carmelize on the stove top. served best over vanilla ice cream with butterscotch topping. a nice piece by Beethoven playing in the background and sunset over the mountains. what a grand feast. would anyone care for seconds....?
