Halloween Day 3

Hickory Dickory Dock,
The ghost flew out of the clock.
Hickory Dickory Doo,
The ghost flew right at you!

Witches and Warlocks come out to play
The children are frightened and running away
Ghosties and Ghouls join in the fun
Dropping spiders and maggots on everyone
Screams are heard throughout the night
Halloween's here time for a fright
Mwhahaha

A bright full moon
in cloudy skies
In the distance
a raven cries

A tomb stone glistens
from the moons glow
as a creature emerges
from the depths below

Crawling, creeping,
it slowly goes,
putting it's hand
on my nearby toes

That is when
I began to scream
awakened to find
it was only a dream.

We have some poetic geniuses out there! Mine is... not so much LOL

Every dark, moonless night,
When creatures rise from their tombs,
I lay awake clutching my bed sheets tight,
afraid evil will visit my room.

What was that sound?
I grab my flashlight.
Hands shaking, I quickly found,
A monstrous creature, what a scary sight!

It smelled of death...
Do I flee or try to fight?
With one last big breath,
I hope my final decision is right.

R - race to sink your bite

Dark night, black cat, the cemetery,
Translucent ghosts crawl through the fog,
the wind howls between the tombstones,
I hear a dumb growl and slow steps rustling in the leaves

since it's nothing, only my neighbor is returning from the inn

I bought
a thriller
a present

Dark and dreary all alone,
A sudden ringing at my phone.
I jump frigthened by the sound;
I rush to answer slightly unwound.
A strange creeky voice is what I hear ...
Then a cough and the throat starts to clear.
Hi 1Shaluv1, its misstic and I'd like to know
Did you click the monster so the weeds won't grow?
I laugh to myself as I hang up the phone.
Then I realize its still DARK AND DREARY AND I'M ALL ALONE

For many years the old woman bought candy as a Halloween treat.
Then the children stopped coming to visit her street
And left it all for her to eat.
