If I'm looking for a good laugh or something light-hearted:
"Home Alone" -- because, c'mon, who hasn't envisioned them-self (whether you're still a kid or used to be one) being clever enough to outsmart bad guys at that age?
If I'm in the mood for something a bit more serious:
"A Christmas Carol" (any version thereof) -- a classic and timeless story; one the Xmas movies I think embodies the true meaning of Xmas
